PRINTING

Efficient offers the highest quality printing solutions. All jobs print at 600 – 1200dpi. We offer the sharpest black print as well as high quality four color process solutions. Our unique equipment set-up allows us to do very simple daily print runs combined with the ability to produce output in the millions of pieces at a time. EDSi has daily print runs of MICR jobs to support our payroll based clients. Our color based solutions are magazine quality at very affordable pricing. No job is too small or too large and our solutions are world class.

INSERTING

When it comes to transaction mail accuracy is everything. Our state of the art inserting lines allow us to produce zero defect outcomes every time.  Our technology cross checks your data and presents your information on our CRM tool called SPAN. This resource allows you to see the entire mail file prior to production. Our equipment is very flexible and can be configured for #10, 6x9, #14, 9x12, 10x13. We can insert up to 120 pages with verifying barcodes to assure every set is assembled correctly. We generate large volumes of UPS packages on the fly for quick turn around on daily print runs.

MAILING

We utilize the USPS Intelligent Mail Barcode (IMB) to track every piece that leaves our facility. We offer mail sorting, presorting, NCOA, Address Correction, and Return Mail services. All jobs can be presorted and mailed at the three digit USPS postal rate. Postage is a pass through for EDSi. We do not mark-up postage. 

E-SERVICES

Our flexible solutions allow us to develop your files for hosting and viewing at the same time that we generate your files for printing. Our E-statement solution is extremely flexible and allows us to host most applications within hours of receiving the file. This allows your customers to have access to statements, notices, tax forms, check images, and more in a very user friendly portal. All of our solutions mirrors your home website with very simple integration.
