We do not charge daily minimums and utilize a production model that allows us to do very large same day print runs that package and ship via the USPS or UPS. DESIGN
We have yet to encounter a client file that we could not use for an advanced set-up. Our server farm is always being expanded which allow us to process and present very large files in very little time. Many of our customers are now sending their data to us as PDF to assure the accuracy of their files remains at the highest level of integrity for compliance purposes. Our servers can present millions of images in milliseconds. Our unique experience with Transpromotional Marketing combined with our 1200 dpi color platforms allow us to create onserts and inserts of magazine quality results. We integrate and utilize color and monochrome solutions at a price point unmatched by any other company.
SECURITY
EDSi is audited annually for SSAE 16 SOC II production standards. Our audits take place each September with the corresponding SOC II report being made available each December. We have several clients that elect to do on site compliance audits. These audits encompass a full range of risk-based assessments of security standards, processes, and controls. These audits analyze our firewall preparedness and our DMZ server systems use and deployment. Our system monitors in real time all network platforms and systems in support of our SFTP and internet based VPN connections.
DISASTER RECOVERY
We offer real time Disaster Recovery Support both as a product offering and a customer solution. Our data is continuously backed up to a cloud based platform to allow instantaneous disaster recovery. Combined with our solutions partner production facility that is 150 miles from our corporate center, we can offer DR services for every application we support. Our internal process controls are in place on every job we produce each day.
